Major Savings Other Lulus

I bought this dress at the end of 2019 with the intent of wearing it as a wedding dress to elope. I decided on another dress and this is now needing a new home. It is brand new with tags. There is a snag at the bottom of the dress that is pictured. It is not noticeable while wearing it. It'd be perfect as a bridesmaid's dress or casual wedding dress.
