This dress has only been worn once. The length has been shortened by 2-3" compared to when I bought it. No other adjustments have been made. The back zipper DOES work. It can sometimes stick and is tricky, but it DOES zip. I am 5'4" and wore 1.5" heels with it and it fit perfectly. It has been dry-cleaned since I wore it last.
